Breakfast: Isa Shake
Lunch: Kashi Lemongrass Coconut Chicken
Snacks: 2 Honeycrisp apples
Dinner: Isa Shake
Exercise: Walking to and from my mechanic during the day, low impact kettle bell when I get home.
